Borzouei, who has over a decade of experience in acquisitions, asset management, development, and leasing for private equity firms and institutional owners/operators, confirmed his appointment with CoStar. He specializes in healthcare real estate services and is leading the underwriting of a 200,000-square-foot medical office development in the Inland Empire.
