Patrizia sells German office portfolio to Signature Capital, PGIM for €302m

Patrizia has sold a value add portfolio of four Berlin office buildings known as Arrow for €302m to Signature and PGIM in a share deal, CoStar News and sister publication Thomas Daily can reveal. The buildings comprise around 400,000 sq ft, plus a potential of 91.000 sq ft to be created.
