Around 600,000 sq ft of new requirements and strategic feasibility requirements for the West London and South East office markets have been posted on the Agents Society Forum website since 4 January, joining in excess of 900,000 sq ft of already live and named requirements expected to move in the near future in a welcome boost for the market.
