MEPT Pays $217M for Chicago High Rise

Tishman Speyer & Pearlmark Real Estate Advisors Sell 200 W. Madison St.

Multi-Employer Property Trust (MEPT) purchased the 45-story office building in an all cash transaction for $217.5 million, or about $234 per square foot. A joint venture between Tishman Speyer and Pearlmark Real Estate Advisors agreed to sell the property in a direct deal with MEPT. The property never hit the market.
