Real estate investment firm JB Matteson has completed the sale of Ceres Marketplace, a retail center in Ceres and Modesto, California, to an individual investor from nearby Turlock for $19 million, or about $180 per square foot. The transaction encompasses 105,721 square feet of retail space.
