Art for Everyday, a provider of original architectural woodcarvings, is the latest owner-user to secure small-bay industrial space in Central Toronto, acquiring 420 Canarctic Dr. in Toronto from Besta Kitchens for just under $16.64 million, or $385 per square foot.
