Cleveland apartment rents on a roll, increase for sixth consecutive month

While growth rate has slowed compared to recent months, May's increase is still ahead of pre-pandemic levels

While rental apartments in Cleveland continue to see robust rent growth, a wave of recent new apartment completions pushed the multifamily vacancy for the market to an all-time high. The elevated vacancy is reflected in May’s average rent increase, which was the lowest since January.
