Pure Industrial, a Toronto-based a real estate developer owned by Blackstone and Quebec public pension fund La Caisse, sold a two-property industrial portfolio in Mississauga, Ontario, for $39.7 million to Crestpoint Real Estate Investments and Mantella Corp.
