Frontier Commercial Acquires Rancho Pacific Center for $2.4M

CW Capital Asset Mgmt Sells 34,000-SF Office in Rancho Cucamonga

CW Capital Asset Management LLC has sold the office building at 8300 Utica Ave. in Rancho Cucamonga, CA for $2.35 million, or about $69 per square foot, to Frontier Homes. The REO property was about 45 percent occupied at time of sale. Frontier may decide to occupy the entire third floor as its new office location.
