Basis Industrial, a privately held real estate owner and operator based in Boca Raton, Florida, closed on its purchase of a major industrial portfolio in the Tampa market that included three business parks sold by Independence Realty. The traded properties are the Brandywine Business Center and Corporex Plaza both located in Tampa’s East Side commercial area near Interstate 4, and Presidents Plaza Business Center, which is in the Westshore submarket near Tampa International Airport.
