In a sign even top-tier properties aren’t immune from the negative impact of COVID-19 and the remote working trend, Vogue publisher Condé Nast’s parent, Advance Publications, has agreed to sublease nearly 90,000 square feet combined at the iconic One World Trade Center in lower Manhattan, just more than six years after Condé Nast’s much-touted move-in.
