CPEX Real Estate Services hired Cengiz Sendogdular as a development and conversion associate. The firm also hired George Danut as associate director of research. Based in the Brooklyn office, Sendogdular will help promote research, marketing and sales for CPEX, while Danut will provide market research, database supervision, and compile reports for the various product types.
