Flexible workspace operator signs long-term lease spanning three floors in Manhattan's Chelsea district

Nomadworks, a New York City-based flexible workspace operator that provides coworking spaces, private offices and meeting rooms across Manhattan, has signed a lease for 33,783 square feet at 122 W. 27th St. in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan. The deal spans the entire ninth, 10th and 11th floors of the 12-story building, which is owned by The Rosen Group and managed by Koeppel Rosen LLC, a New York City real estate partnership between the Koeppel and Rosen families.
