She specializes in the investment sales of hotels across local, regional, and national markets. Laurel provides clients with strategic guidance, focusing on optimizing their real estate investments, coordinating marketing initiatives, and streamlining the transaction process.
Before transitioning to hotel brokerage, Laurel spent over 20 years valuing and consulting on hotels and attractions across 47 U.S. states, Canada, and the Middle East, with assets ranging from under $1 million to over $2 billion She has worked with major hospitality brands and management companies as part of numerous assignments, and has extensive knowledge of brand criteria, best practices, and current market trends. Laurel has also been a speaker at major hotel conferences and provided litigation support related to tax appeals. She is a member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC) and holds the Appraisal Institute’s MAI Designation.
