Warren G. Feldman, AIA, ISHC is Chief Executive Officer of Nehmer, a leading architecture, interior design, and project management firm specializing in the hospitality industry. He is also a principal with HVS Design. With more than 35 years of experience, his expertise includes work as architect and owner’s representative in the direction and management of multi-million dollar commercial, institutional, educational, residential, and hospitality projects. Complementing his education in architecture, Mr. Feldman completed his Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University in December, 1999, and is a member of the Maryland Bar.
