Peter Anderson is managing director at HVS with a focus on wellness, lifestyle and spas. He is the founder and CEO of Anderson and Associates, a consultancy firm specializing in developing and programming issues related to senior lifestyle communities, wellness real estate as well as resorts and spas.
Anderson is a board member of the Kitalys Institute for the delay and prevention of age-related diseases and the breaking down of silos among age-related professions. He is also a faculty member at both the Collins School of Hospitality Management at the California State University’s campus in Pomona, CA.
Prior to founding Anderson and Associates, Peter was a Vice President with PKF consulting in Los Angeles. He also managed the Hospitality consulting practice of Deloitte and Touche LLP out of their Los Angeles location.
