Timothy Cannon is vice president of asset management at Host Hotels & Resorts and has more than 15 years of experience in hospitality asset management and financial strategy.

Cannon oversees a portfolio of eleven full-service, luxury and resort properties totaling more than 5,400 rooms and $700 million in annual revenue. Prior to Host, he held roles at Marriott International, where he led financial operations and business intelligence initiatives across full-service and select-service portfolios. A graduate of Bentley University with a degree in Economics-Finance, he brings a data-driven approach to enhancing asset value and operational performance.
