Phoenix Chen is a consulting analyst at Horwath HTL Atlanta, where she supports hotel development and investment projects through financial and macroeconomic analysis.
She has contributed to feasibility studies in Chicago, Mississippi, and Atlanta, and has supported development planning efforts in both Georgia and Illinois. Phoenix joined Horwath HTL as a summer intern in 2023 and became a full-time analyst in early 2024. Her responsibilities include market research, financial modeling, and evaluating the economic viability of proposed hospitality projects.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s in International Finance from Columbia University. Her academic background supports her work in analyzing industry trends, local market dynamics, and development opportunities. At Horwath HTL, Phoenix works with public and private sector clients to assess hotel market conditions and support strategic decision-making in the hospitality sectors.
