With over eight years of experience in hospitality and tourism, Jessica began her career as a VIP Sales and Operations Manager for a luxury tour operator in Miami, Florida, overseeing high-level operations across Europe, CALA, and the Americas. In this role, she developed a deep understanding of consumer behaviours and operational efficiencies. Wanting to broaden her industry impact, she earned a Master’s degree from the prestigious École Hôtelière de Lausanne, where she focused on Hotel Development and Asset Management. During her graduate studies, she also gained valuable experience with Aman Resorts on the technical services team, contributing to design and pre-opening efforts. Since 2023, Jessica has worked with Horwath HTL Atlanta on a range of projects, including strategic planning for hotel developments, brand analysis, feasibility studies, and operational reports. She brings a global lens, a strong client-centric mindset, and a passion for the industry.
