Katheldra Alexander is a 20-year veteran of the hospitality and food-service industry. During her career, Alexander worked at Hyatt Hotels Corp. during the 1996 Olympic Games, taught as an instructor at the Bahamas Hotel Training College and held roles in operations and training with Compass Group/Bon Appétit Management. Alexander is pursuing a PhD in Hospitality Management at the University of South Carolina, and her research focus is employee behavior in food-and-beverage contexts. She currently teaches courses in Introduction to Hospitality Management and Human Resources.
