Connor Devereux

Connor Devereux oversees CoStar’s analytic coverage of Phoenix and its environs as Director of Market Analytics. Using CoStar’s unique commercial real estate research platform, Devereux is responsible for providing insight and market analysis to help clients formulate strategies, raise funds and close deals. Prior to his work with CoStar, Devereux spent seven years in a leadership role with Marcus & Millichap’s Research Services division. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona with a triple major in Business Economics, MIS, and Operations Management.
