Black Stone Mineral expanded its headquarters at First City Tower at 1001 Fannin St by 13,119 square feet. In addition to the expansion, the company, which is one of the largest fee mineral and royalty owners, also renewed its existing lease. Black Stone Mineral now occupies a total of 55,082 square feet.
