Tamiami Automotive Group sold the 10,990-square-foot industrial building located at 10450 NW 29th Terrace in Doral, FL for $1.26 million, or approximately $115 per square foot. Districargo, Inc., a transportation and logistics company, purchased the property and will be moving into the building once the existing tenant moves out at the end of the year.
