Hersha Hospitality Trust agreed to purchase the Capitol Hill Suites in Washington, DC, for $47.5 million or $312,000 per door. The 152-room hotel will be the real estate investment trust’s eighth hotel in the metropolitan area. The deal is set to close by the end of the first quarter.
