United Kingdom-based Faist GreenTek LLC signed a 65-month lease at a 56,063-square-foot industrial building in Phoenix. The company will supply metal parts to Power-One, a provider of Renewable Energy and Green power solutions, which opened a location in Phoenix in 2010.
