Federal Government Agency Signs 15-Year Office Lease

The Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board, the administrator of the Thrift Savings Plan, which provides Federal employees the opportunity to save for additional retirement and security, signed a 15-year lease for 55,000 square feet in the office building at 77 K St. NE on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. It plans to take occupancy in October of 2011 moving from its current space at 1250 H St.
