Chrysler Financial Sells Retail Bldg for $1.25 Mil.

Freewheel Bike, a Minnesota-based retail establishment, acquired the former Outback Steakhouse building in Eden Prairie, MN, from Chrysler Financial Services for $1.25 million, or about $189 per square foot.
