Investor Closes on Third Student Housing Acquisition in a Year, Second in South Carolina

The Scion Group, a Chicago-based student housing investor, in a joint venture with New York-based Real Estate Capital Partners, has acquired the Reserve at Clemson for $14.4 million, or $81,356 per unit, from Education Realty Trust.
