Peakline Real Estate Funds, a private real estate investment firm based in Chicago and part of Peakline Partners, LLC, an SEC-registered investment adviser and private investment firm, said it is backing Charlotte, North Carolina-based developer SunCap Property Group in its latest multifamily development. Peakline said it was making an undisclosed amount of equity financing in the project as part of its Qualified Opportunity Zone program.
