Shoosmiths’ London Headquarters Changes Hands

Habro UK, the real estate investor which acts on behalf of Danish clients, has bought 1 Bow Churchyard, a 45,000-square-foot office refurbishment in the City of London from Aviva Investors for around £60 million.
