A global investment management firm based in New York has sold the grocery-anchored Mount Clare Junction shopping center in Baltimore’s Pigtown neighborhood to an affiliate of Carlyle Development Group, a private equity firm based in Purchase, New York, for $20 million, or about $85 per square foot.
