American Building Supply signed a 10-year lease for the entire 732,240-square-foot industrial building at 120 S. Cedar Ave. in Rialto, CA. The national door, frame and hardware supplier is consolidating four locations to this new location. Reportedly, the lease is valued at over $20 million.
