Phoenix, AZ-based International Technical Coatings Inc. purchased two buildings on the southern half of the TechSouth campus in south Columbus, OH. The wire mesh shelving maker acquired a total of 667,125 square feet at 804 and 845 Markison Ave. for $1 million cash, or approximately $1.50 per square foot. ITC will begin operations before the end of the year.
