And the COR$TAR Goes To...

The Garibaldi Group and GMH Receive CORFAC Award

Corporate Facility Advisors International (CORFAC) gave one of its COR$TAR Award to The Garibaldi Group and GMH Realty. These commercial real estate companies received the award for producing the highest valued lease transaction, $22,952,422, in 1999. Mathematica Policy Research had leased 77,151 square feet of office space at 600 Alexander Park in West Windsor, NJ. Garibaldi represented Mathematica and GMH represented the landlord, Riggs & Co. COR$TAR Awards are linked to actual transaction and sales figures of commercial properties (office, industrial, retail) i.e. square footage, value and number of referrals. Other winners include CPS Realty, King Industrial Realty, etc. CORFAC is an alliance of more than 1,500 national and international commercial real estate firms committed to fulfilling the real estate objectives of their clients worldwide.
