Bell has been appointed vice president of asset management at Highline Hospitality. Most recently, he served as vice president of franchise operations and owner relations at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where he oversaw more than 120 full-service franchise hotels across the Americas.
Paula Anne Chavarria
Chavarria has been appointed director of acquisitions at Ten Five Hospitality. She joins Ten Five from Realberry, a real estate developer and investor, where she led hospitality investments and executed luxury hotel acquisitions and development projects across the country.
Candice Miller
Miller has been promoted to vice president of operations at Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group. Her background includes serving as area director of operations, general manager, and director of sales and marketing, leading both operational execution and revenue strategy for assets featuring golf, spa, marina, and dynamic food and beverage programs.
General managers
Jason de Vries
De Vries has been appointed general manager of the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina in Kapolei, Hawaii. De Vries returns to Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina following his tenure as resort manager from 2021 to 2023. Most recently, he served as general manager of Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero.
Dustin Dietel
Dietel has been appointed general manager of the Kimpton Claret Hotel in Denver. He joins the Kimpton Claret Hotel following a career with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, most recently serving as senior director of operations at Grand Hyatt Denver.
Seth Gibson
Gibson has been appointed general manager of The Wilde Resort & Spa in Sedona, Arizona. He most recently served as general manager at Element Sedona for nearly four years. Prior to that, he served as general manager of Hampton Sedona.
Shane McWeeny
McWeeny was named general manager of the InterContinental Boston. He most recently served as general manager at Hotel Commonwealth and has held senior leadership roles at Boston Park Plaza, The Lenox Hotel, The Beverly Hills Hotel (Dorchester Collection), The Ritz-Carlton Boston Common, Hyatt, and other highly regarded independent properties.
Stephane Mercier
Mercier has been appointed general manager of the Pendry Tampa in Tampa, Florida. Most recently, he served as managing director of The National Hotel Miami Beach, where he led the luxury boutique hotel’s operations while concurrently overseeing the pre-opening planning and development for a new hospitality project in Marrakech, Morocco.
John Wickham
Wickham was named general manager of The Washington Inn in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Most recently, Wickham served as general manager and hotel director of the historic Prince Solms Inn, where he helped lead the renovation of the boutique property.

Jasmine Bellamy
Bellamy has been appointed senior sales manager at The Goodtime Hotel, Miami Beach, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida. She has more than eight years of experience in planning events and meetings, including serving as an executive meeting manager at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood.
Vickie Chen
Chen has been appointed director of group sales at Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa in Lahaina, Hawaii. She joins the hotel from Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills where she led both group and transient sales teams as director of group and transient sales.
Traci Day
Day was named director of sales and marketing at the Viewline Resort Snowmass, An Autograph Collection Hotel in Snowmass, Colorado. Most recently, she served as director of sales and marketing at The St. Regis Houston, where she drove an 18% year-over-year revenue increase through a strategic shift in the corporate segment, boosted group catering revenue by 88% year-over-year and fostered a top-ranked team culture with a 92% employee engagement score.
Laurie Frank
Frank has been appointed director of sales and marketing at The Island Resort at Fort Walton Beach in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Most recently with Aimbridge Hospitality, she led the commercial repositioning of a Curio Collection hotel during a critical transition, rebuilding team culture and restoring group pace and revenue performance while aligning ownership objectives with execution.

Jeff Catubig
Catubig was named director of food and beverage at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa in Huntington Beach, California. He most recently served as director of food and beverage at The VIV Hotel in Anaheim, where he stabilized the division following a management transition, implemented operational efficiencies and delivered positive revenue growth across all outlets.
Bryan Hill
Hill has been appointed as director of food and beverage at The Abbey Resort in Fontana, Wisconsin. Most recently, he served in leadership roles with First Hospitality, including director of food and beverage and executive chef at Social American Tavern in Milwaukee, where he oversaw full-scale operations and led culinary strategy across multiple properties.
Daniel Hope
Hope has been appointed as executive chef at the Sonesta Redondo Beach & Marina in Redondo Beach, California. He most recently served as chef de cuisine at The Maybourne Beverly Hills, a Forbes five-star, two-Michelin-Key property, where he supported a $22 million multi-outlet culinary program.
Jason Johnston

Evan Neumann
Neumann was named executive chef of Auro at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley in Calistoga, California. Neumann trained under Joël Robuchon — the chef Gault&Millau named "Chef of the Century" and the most Michelin-decorated chef in history, with 31 stars at his peak — at the Hôtel Métropole Monte-Carlo.
