Washington, DC-based Bernstein Management Corp. purchased the former Residences at Park Hyatt from Hyatt Hotels Corp. for $22.5 million, or approximately $264,706 per unit. The property will now be known as the Westend Residences and was 25 percent vacant at the time of sale.
