Charter School Acquires Long Beach Retail Facility

Horn Family Sells 29,600-SF Property in Owner-User Sale

The New City School, a not-for-profit organization that functions as a charter school based in Long Beach, CA, purchased the general retail property it will occupy at 1621-1647 Long Beach Blvd. in Long Beach from the Horn family for $3.85 million, or about $130 per square foot. The school has three locations in area including this property.
