Ala Carte Entertainment, an owner and operator of numerous Chicago restaurants and bars, purchased a 9,000-square-foot building in Lake in the Hills, IL, from Palumbo Management for $3.2 million, or $356 per square foot. The purchase was for one of its restaurants, Moretti's Ristorante and Pizzeria. Moretti's has been an existing occupant since May of last year.
