Rosebury Real Estate, a new out-of-town retail and leisure adviser, has been launched by six former senior advisers at well-known niche agent Harvey Spack Field.
A new website at www.roseburyre.com has launched with the six founders saying the company has "130 years of combined market leading experience working at the cutting edge of the out of town retail and leisure sector".
The six are: Ben Turquet , investment partner; Justin Houlihan, investment partner; Ian Aarons, retail and leisure agency; David Comb, retail and leisure agency; Nalin Nilaweera, retail and leisure agency; Philip Wood, lease advisory.
All are Partners in the new businesss.
In a LinkedIn post Turquet, a full Partner at Harvey Spack Field, says he has worked in the retail and leisure property investment market for over 20 years working with a variety of clients ranging from UK institutions to private individuals, including Abrdn, CBRE Global Investors, Columbia Threadneedle, Landsec, LondonMetric, BlackRock, Wesleyan and CCLA.
He says the new company will continue to specialise in the out of town retail and leisure sectors and will provide investment, agency and lease advisory services.
Turquet and Houlihan will run the investment department
