Acquisition of vacant campus signals confidence in California city’s economic future

In a substantial commercial deal for the Sacramento region, a 308,000-square-foot office and light manufacturing campus in Roseville has changed hands for $13.6 million. The property, at 9100 Foothills Blvd., was purchased in an REO sale facilitated by Mechanics Bank. The buyers, Sacramento area investors Max Boyko and Gary Khera, closed on the property May 15.
