Multifamily rents in Dallas-Fort Worth remain under pressure despite stronger demand

Robust leasing drives vacancy lower, though rent growth recovery remains elusive

Multifamily rent growth in Dallas-Fort Worth slipped 0.02% in July, while annual rent growth improved to negative 1.4%, based on CoStar's Daily Asking Rent series. Indexing rents from the beginning of the year, rent levels are marginally above levels from the same time last year.
