BioMed Invests Another $14.2M into DNA Alley

Moore Sells 57,410-SF Flex on Watkins Mill Road

San Diego-based BioMed Realty Trust has procured another DNA Alley property. The trust recently purchased 50 W. Watkins Mill Road in Gaithersburg, MD, from Moore & Associates for $14.2 million, or approximately $247 per square foot, which is about 40 percent more than the approximately $175 per square foot that BioMed paid for 55 and 65 W. Watkins Mill Road in February.
