Nashville, Tennessee’s population growth and increasing demand for healthcare services have helped the medical office segment remain remarkably stable. Strong demand for space has led to the vacancy rate falling 80 basis points over the past year to 5.8%, according to a new CoStar report about the medical office market in Nashville.
