Raleigh-Based Multifamily Developer Starts Construction on Second Apartment Project in Charleston

Aventon Companies, a Raleigh, North Carolina-based multifamily developer and general contractor with active projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, has broken ground on its second apartment complex in the active Clements Ferry corridor of Charleston's Daniel Island near the intersection of Clements Ferry Road and Charleston Regional Parkway and is expected to open for leasing in Fall 2024. The new Aventon Mikasa will include 336 units on a more than 19-acre site at 2000 Clements Ferry Road and consist of four-story elevator-serviced buildings.
