CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. created a new real estate auction service to give the company a greater ability to work with investors, lenders and users in the disposition of commercial real estate assets. Two experts in the real estate auction business, Paul Galanis and Doug Johnson, have joined CBRE to spearhead this initiative. They will offer a wide range of services, from traditional "open-outcry" auctions to auctions online.
