Meadville Holdings Pays $3.5M for Tucson Walgreens

Meadville Holdings LLC, a Nevada-based corporation, acquired the Walgreens at 2150 W. Orange Grove Road in Tucson, AZ, from private investors for $3.5 million, or about $250 per square foot.
