Drexel University, which had preleased about 60,000 square feet in a new life science building at 3201 Cuthbert St. before construction began, significantly expanded its lease in the newly completed facility, developed by Gattuso Development Partners in partnership with Vigilant Holdings, to more than double its space to over 150,000 square feet.
