Nuveen sells the Steward Building to Al Rashed for £97m

CoStar News first revealed the sale talks last month

Saudi investor Al Rashed has bought the 59,000 sq ft Steward Building in London's Bishopsgate from Nuveen Real Estate's Central London Office Fund for £97m, reflecting a circa 4% net initial yield, as first revealed by CoStar News in January.
