Laika Entertainment Acquires Hillsboro Facility

Animation Studio Purchases 151,000-SF Industrial Bldg.

Laika Entertainment, the animation studio behind the Oscar-nominated film Coraline, acquired 22990 N.W. Bennett St. in Hillsboro, OR, from a joint venture of Leavitt Capital Cos. and The Wolff Co. for $11.65 million, or $77 per square foot.
