Investor Purchases Henderson Industrial for $5.9M

Single Tenant Building Sells for $175 PSF

In a deal between private parties, the industrial building at 1710 Whitney Mesa Drive in Henderson, NV, sold for $5.9 million, or approximately $175 per square foot, with a cap rate of 9 percent. It is the largest single tenant investment deal in Nevada in first quarter 2010.
